NAME: Mockingjay
AGE: 16 moons (Newleaf)
GENDER: She-cat
CLAN: EastClan
RANK: Warrior
DESCRIPTION: Underneath her markings she's an elegant silky white she-cat with long, soft fur. On top of this she has dark brown seal point markings. She has brown mask and cowl markings on her head, brown paws, a brown tail tip and a creamy tan patch on her back. She has white markings underneath both of her eyes.
Her defining feature are the dark brown wing shaped markings she has on both shoulders. She also has icy blue eyes that stand out like brilliant diamonds. Her face is narrow and her body is very large. Her paws have silvery, sharp claws that can slice and tear. She wears jay feathers tangled into her fur behind her ear.
PERSONALITY: She is a cocky young warrior with a lot of confidence in her own abilities. She has yet to learn the lesson that she can't take on every cat she comes across. She is sociable and has a very upbeat personality. She can be boastful, and likes to tell jokes.
She was named Mockingjay because of her love of jokes and pranks. She likes to poke fun at other cats and sometimes they get mad at her for it. She will also elevate herself at other cat's expense. She doesn't mean any harm, she's only trying to have fun.
HISTORY: She was born in the meadows of EastClan with her brother Catchingkit. Her mother and father's names were Tigerjump and Bouncingwind, both proud warriors of the Clan. Tragically, they were killed in a border battle when Mockingkit and Catchingkit were almost apprentices.
Mockingkit was mentored by one of the senior warriors in the Clan. One day in the fields when Mockingpaw and Catchingpaw were out with their mentors they encountered a snake. The snake was venomous and bit Catchingpaw, killing him instantly. Mockingpaw was horrified and mourned the loss of her brother for a very long time.
She became a warrior known as Mockingjay. She recovered from the loss of her family. She jokes around and tries to have fun to hide any sad feelings she might still have.
