DESCRIPTION: Sunburst is a very striking she-cat when it comes to overall appearance. It is not that she is particularly beautiful, but her features are a bit distinct. She is a sandy ginger she-cat, almost a dusky golden-cream color more than orange, with a plush coat. She has some faint tabby markings, but they are not very prominent. Despite becoming a queen so early in her time since becoming a warrior, she has a decent amount of muscle, making her look stout and plump on top of her normal size, which is unusual. She is actually able to be considered fat for the average warrior, despite her activity level, which is shockingly high. Her eyes are a sharp golden amber shade, though they are warmer than you would first expect. Her ear is torn in three places from several accidents during training sessions.

PERSONALITY: Sunburst is a shocking cat to be found in the nursery raising kits. She is sharp-tempered, loud, and high energy, not exactly the motherly type. Yet, her maternal instincts are strong and she is so far a good mother; caring and ferociously protective so far due to their young age. She is a very quick-minded she-cat, making her a talented warrior, but also making her a hard cat to give commands to and expect her to want to follow them right away. She is fairly social, to the point where she is considered an annoyance when she is supposed to be serious, though for the time being that aspect is severely toned down.

HISTORY: Born and raised in EastClan, Sunburst was for the most part a normal, garden-variety kithood. She was a constantly hyper and playful young cat, always play fighting with her siblings. She was a troublemaker and was always being taken to Ripplestar's den for punishment, which she could almost always talk her way out of. Her best friend and future mate, Darkhawk, was born about a moon after she was, and they were getting into trouble from the first day that Darkhawk could walk and see.

After her apprentice ceremony, she began her rigorous training to become a warrior. Her mentor Goldenpelt was barely even seven moons older than she was, but that did not hinder her education. When Darkhawk was apprenticed, the two cats became even closer and other cats began saying that the two would become mates one day. Secretly, they already were but did not make any move to make it official due to their ages. At the end of her apprenticeship, Goldenpelt and Jaywing, Darkhawk's mentor, were killed in a battle. The two cats were given their warrior names that night.

After a few moons, the two cats were officially mates and Sunburst was expecting his kits. She gave birth to them during the battle between EastClan and NorthClan, thankfully away from camp.
