NAME:Falcontwinge
AGE:28 moons
GENDER: Tom
CLAN: Southclan
RANK: Warrior
DESCRIPTION:
Falcon has always been big. no, not fat, not wide, not broad. Just... well, big. Tall, mostly and very well muscled. But again, not in that broad and thick kind of way. He's slim, for sure, with sleek and sharp features. His legs are long, though not unduly so, and ribs can just be barely seen. His tail is long, and the fur is just a bit longer there than anywhere else.
Falcon is a tumult of colors to twisted for the eye to even attempt to follow. His base color would be orange, or maybe black? I'm not sure, anymore. Anyways, he's dappled, I guess you could say. Torn between orange and black. ragged splotches of each appear randomly, sometimes in more oblong stretches, sometimes more rectangular. Even in black patches, orange threads appear more often than not, often accompanied by white and brown. Red tabby stripes can be seen among the orange, and among the ebonite you can just barely trace a dapple of silver patterns. Ivory layers his chest, no patterns available, and only his chest. White perks are seen along his stomach line and down his legs but no other solid splotches are exist.
No one really knows the reason for falcon's jittery-ness, but that's a matter of personality, anyway. The thing is, he is completely unmatched in awkwardness. Funny thing, since his battle grace is the same thing- unmatched. He always seems to be tripping over things, falling, and otherwise just puttering about. This tends to get in his way when hunting but he makes it work, and has learned to somewhat tame this. The spring in his step is always there, always troublesome.
Falcon's face is no more easy to decipher than the restof his body, at least colorwise. The whole flecked deal still occurs, though half his face is masked in orange-red, while a jagged line reveals the other ebonite half. The ebony part sort of leaks over into the orange, covering the entire muzzle, nose included. A small orange bit stands out among all the black, located on his bottom jaw. Falcon's eyes are certainly an amazing thing. one is colored an icy blue hue, concentrated toward the pupil and tapering to a pale green coloring at the edge of the iris. Quite unique. The other eye is a flat silver color, forever dead. In case you hadn't guessed, Falcon is blind in this eye.
Because of his blindness on the right side, Falcon's vision on the left has increased a slight bit, to compensate for the loss of the other. His hearing is also sharper than usual, though not as talented as the completely blinds. His nose and taste senses have not been affected.
PERSONALITY:
Jittery, hyperactive and ADD that basically describes it. Falcon has immense trouble sitting still, preferring action, planning, or just deep thought compared to any sort of idleness. These kind of habits have lost him many nights sleep, but he could care less. It's the way he is, so... it's obviously not going to be changing anytime soon. I suppose you could classify Falcon as an ADD patient. Attention deficit disorder. He has a hard time concentrating on any one thing for an extensive period of time. Although this can also make doing his duties hard, Falcon has disciplined himself enough that he can perform all things needed to serve his clan well.
Extremely tempermental and bipolar. If Falcon was a human, he'd have a horrible time going to school. ADD and bipolar? Yep, that's him. Your friendly feline box of abnormal disorders. But anyways, Falcon is bipolar, and he has snap moments, as he calls them. These occur when he goes from being happy to outraged. The funny thing is, it's almost impossible to tick him off with insults. If you offend someone close to him, or perform a crime he finds unbearable, Falcon will storm around for days at a time, practically steaming. Most everyone in the clan has learned it's not wise to approach him at these times.
What does Falcon do when he's not tripping over things, yelling at some poor sap, or chasing after shiny objects? Well, he's not all inconvenient. Falcon is extremely outgoing and in many cases lovable. He's all up for friendly conversation or hunting, and really an interesting person. As long as what you suggest isn't against the warrior code and isn't... well, wrong, he's all up for anything interesting. Though he's not a complete goody-goody. Falcon sure doesn't mind getting into a little mischief, as long as it doesn't have major consequences. Falcon is well known, and often has many friends. He's agreeable, though has strong opinions, and knows when to back down.
Yes, Falcon can be extremely smart, sharp or whatever you'd like to call him. His expertise lies in battle planning, where you can expect him to know exactly what the opponent is going to do and how to react to it. He's no master of witty words or wise sayings, no, Falcon could care less for those things. And despite his ADD and bipolar disorders, when he sets his mind to something, he gets it done.
Falcon is not interested in love or flirting. Really, he's not interested in she-cats at all, outside of being allies, friends, or enemies. He's been there before and doesn't plan on going back. If someone attempts to flirt with him, he all but ignores them outside of what is polite. I guess it would take someone special to catch his eye, if it ever even happens.
HISTORY:Falconkit was born to a respected warrior and a young she-cat, barely over the warrior ceremony. Both were of Southclan. The she-cat, Aloevine, never told a soul who the father was, for fear of jeopardizing his position. Because I'm guessing no one would think it wise of a 30-something moon old tom to strike up a relationship with a 15-moon old she-cat. So Falconkit never knew who his father was, only that his mother was afraid of telling anyone.
He was a rambunctious kit, an only child. Something his mother thought He would grow out of. He was always awkward, his legs a step ahead of his body, next his ears, then his paws. He was always falling, but he was was also very popular among the other kits his age. He was always making jokes, laughing, and in general being happy. He was born with impaired vision in his right eye, but it wasn't too bad, just a little foggy. He was expected to become a great warrior, once he grew out of his awkward hyperactivity
His mother steadily lost hope as the hyperactivity did not stop, but increased, as he grew older. Nor did the awkwardness. Soon, she could look at him only with cold pity. She was still his mother though, and lent him encouragement and anything else he needed. He was apprenticed to the leader, oddly enough. His progress was steady, though in hunting he lacked, and the leader found that she had to continually draw his attention back to the lesson.
At the age of 12 moons, slightly before his warrior ceremony, Falconpaw stumbled into Westclan territory on one of his many walks. He was apprehended by a patrol, upon which he quickly became smitten with a young she-cat. He was let go with a warning and a couple of obscenities.
At the next gathering, he quickly found her, and they talked. He started crossing the border to see her, and I guess you could call them mates. But the secrecy was taking it's toll on Falconpaw, and he hated it just the same. His was a snap decision, and he thought it was final.
He was a good apprentice, so why not make him a warrior? The night after his ceremony, Falcontwinge disappeared. No one in Southclan knew where he'd gone, though it's an easy guess for you, right? Yes, he was in Westclan. His scent was unmistakable, so he didn't waste time with the whole 'I'm a loner' theory. They accepted him, and he carried on his relationship. Falcon kept a low profile, and always stayed away from gatherings. He was as happy as he'd ever been.
But she wasn't. She was bored with him, bored with his endless activity, perkiness, and awkwardness. She found someone else, and left him in the dust. Well, now you know how he found out he was bipolar. As soon as Falcontwinge found out the name of the other tom, that other tom found himself in a fight he didn't want to be in. Falcon injured him, quite severely, actually, and fled.
He came back to Southclan at the age of 16 moons, and would tell no one where he'd been for the last four months. No one guessed, either. His anger spurts were becoming commonly known, and no one wanted to confront him. He had ended his secret affair, and because no one knew where he had gone, he was trusted just the same.
