NEW! MINI PLOT
While Midnight Strike has no set sitewide plot (outside of currently trying to figure out what the prophecy means; though this plotline will not come to fruition for a while now), there is now a side plot. This plot is called RAIDERS & CHAOS; and comes with the addition of a new board under CAT'S CLAW BAY called RAIDERS' RUN.
The Raiders are a band of cats who are rogues; some of them from the Clans, others former kittypets or cats who grew up without Clans. Up until now their only threat was forming raid parties and stealing food from the Clans. This time, their more interested in gaining members and growing into a Clan-sized group.
To do so, they have developed the tactic of DESTROY OR ASSIMILATE. They give outsiders a chance to either join them, or be destroyed. They have also taken to stealing kits from the Clans. They train their young to battle as soon as possible; and their training is brutal.
It's up to the Clans to stop the Raiders, before it's too late.
With this new addition...
- You can create characters under a subset of rogue. If you wish to create a Raider character, mark the clan as Rogue - Raider.
- Raiders have ranks. These ranks are Sovereign (the overseer of all of the separate raid groups), Captain (the overseer of a certain group of raiders), Lieutenant (the assistant overseer of a certain group of raiders), Raider (the equivalent of a Clan warrior), Queen (same as in the Clans), Fledglings (the equivalent of a Clan apprentice), and Kits (same as in the Clans).
- As of right now, the rank of Sovereign is not available. One of our moderators, Sweet, has asked for this position. However, Captain and Lieutenant ranks are open for up to FOUR separate raider groups.
