[CAPTAiN AMELiA] Captain Amelia of the 2nd Squadron had been observing for a while, just as Koschei had done. She knew of her lieutenant's mental instabilities, but in this case it was just frustrating. When it became a fight, she approached them. Koschei beat her to the cats, and solidly gave them each a strong hit to knock some sense into them.
She approached her lieutenant with malice. The tabby was bleeding severely out of the wound Koschei had made on his muzzle with his long, sharpened claws. "You're lucky I didn't get to you first," she meowed coldly. "I would have done more than just claw your face up." She disapproved of Anubis' wild nature and general lack of cooperation.
She stared down the other cat, Rose, as well. She was from Captain Jagger's team, she knew. There was known animosity between the 1st and 2nd squadrons, and Amelia had made somewhat of an enemy out of Jagger. She disliked him, his peculiar ways, and his grovelling worship of Sovereign Koschei. "It's just like one of Jagger's cats to pick fights," she growled. |

Raider[/size][/color][/center] Rose flinched after Koschei gave her a blow to the ear, feeling a small trickle of blood run down the side of her head. Not wanting her calico fur to stain, she licks a paw and wipes it up, noticing a small tear in her ear. Oh well. It's better than what Anubis got, she thinks, looking over at the tom. Kennedy seemed fine, and so did Cream. "I'm sorry, Koschei. I'll think before I act next time." the she-cat apologizes, letting her ears droop. Then her blue eyes dart to Captain Amelia, one of the cats that outranked Lieutenant Anubis. Rose had never met Amelia, until now. She could tell they'd never get along. She held a harsh glare on the she-cat, and opened her jaws, "No, it isn't. We do not have much Raiders at the moment, and Cream is one of the two Fledglings we have. Lieutenant Anubis clearly had no intentions of training the young she-cat, I could not let him to bad things to her. Cream is not made for fighting, but she is very intelligent for her age." The calico Raider turns back to Koschei, "I'd like to request that Cream is put onto Jagger's squad. I don't care who takes care of her training, as long as they do it right and she is put onto Jagger's squad. I do not want bad things to happen to her.' she whispers to the tom, too quietly for anyone else to hear. ঔ Cream ঔ
Fledgling[/size][/center] The young Fledgling races back over to the group of cats, standing on Rose's other side, away from all the other cats. She somewhat cowered and looked around where she was, Cream's pale blue eyes flicking to Captain Amelia. |

Koschei glared towards Captain Amelia when she stepped onto the scene. It was bad enough having as many cats as there were, making a scene, without her stepping in with her say on the matter. "Keep your rivalry with Captain Jagger to yourself," he growled coldly. He was somewhat defensive of the cats on the First Squadron. They were the ones he was closest to. "Right now it's not your place to berate anyone for their actions. They've learned their lesson, I should hope."
He turned to Rose. "Your apology is accepted, Rose," he meowed. He looked over at Anubis. "I think you might owe an apology as well, lieutenant," he added. He listened as Rose spoke to Captain Amelia, and he flicked his ears. When she requested that Cream be put on Jagger's squad, Koschei couldn't see any reason why not. "When she's finished her training, she will be put on Jagger's sqaud," he promised.
"As for her training, maybe you should take care of that, Rose?" he meowed. He'd noticed her protectiveness of Cream, and she would probably be the only one who would be able to get anything out of the young fledgling. Cream might not be able to work with any of the other raiders, given her special circumstances. I'm being lenient and fair, Koschei thought, tilting his head. Wouldn't want to stir things up further. Discord leads to division. If we're to conquer the Clans, we must be united.

Still reeling from his injuries, Anubis hissed when his captain started berated him. //"Shut up, Amelia,"// he cried through pain. //"You're not helping."// He glared at Rose. //"Besides, she started it. She's getting in the way of me doing my job!"// He winced, blood still dripping off his muzzle and down his mouth and chin. The pain was as great as the wound was deep. He just knew it was going to leave scars. He needed medical attention, but the Raiders didn't have a medicine cat. He tried to grit his teeth and bare the pain, but he started shaking with tension and injury.

Kennedy stood up a little more straight when Captain Amelia walked in. She was a harsh, cold captain. He didn't want to cross her at all. He hoped that she didn't think that he had been involved in any way. He swallowed when Anubis told the captain to shut up. That wasn't going to go over well. Amelia commanded respect. //"Oh, here it goes,"// he groaned.

[CAPTAiN AMELiA] When reprimanded by Koschei for scolding Anubis, she stood there and took it coldly. She didn't blink, or move, she just watched the Sovereign talk to her. Inwardly, she resented the fact that someone had some control over her. She didn't like his authority, but she knew that he was the boss in the end and that many cats respected and supported him. "Yes, Koschei," she meowed.
She wasn't pleased when Cream was put on Jagger's team. She would have liked to have another cat in her squad. She disliked the fact that Rose and Jagger tended to get the most attention and whatever they wanted. When Anubis told her to shut up after this, she nearly lashed out at him. "You insolent cat, I'll have you beaten for this," she spat. |

Raider "Although I love to get whatever I want, Koschei, I think Jagger or Rune would be suitable for taking care of Cream's training. The Fledgling will need to learn to obey commands from those two, since she will be in our squad." the lovely calico meows, casting a glance of triumph at Anubis. The tom needed medical attention, it was clear. She let out a small sigh and walked over to one of the plants nearby, using a paw to swipe a good amount of cobwebs. The she-cat walks back over on three-legs and sits down, her paw lifted. Balancing on her back legs, Rose carefully holds the lieutenant's head up as she placed the cobwebs. It was the most basic thing you learned as a Fledgling, actually. Many cats knew that cobwebs worked well with stopping the blood. As for infection, she didn't know what to do."Don't expect me to be as kind next time, Anubis." Rose murmurs gently, quietly so no one else could hear. After placing the cobwebs, the she-cat gets up and walks over to stand by Kennedy, overlooking the wound with her stunning blue eyes. The tom would still need to remove and apply more cobwebs as the wound bled, but it should stop sometime soon.The lithe calico sits down, her tail curled around her paws.ঔ Cream ঔ
Fledgling [/size][/center] The cream-colored she-cat sits down a bit aways from the others, but making sure she was at least a few tail-lengths away from Rose. She could live with the fact of Rune or Jagger training her, just not Anubis. Cream already had a brutal past when she first arrived as a kit, and she didn't want that to happen again. Her pale blue eyes darted over to the tom Raider, Kennedy she believed, that Rose sat down beside. That tom had taken her unfairly away from her clan, so she held a grudge. That Raider, she knew, she'd never trust or get along with. |

Much to Koschei's dismay, cats still continued to argue even after he'd made it clear that this was the opposite of what he desired from his Raiders. His odd-eyes flashed. His long claws dug into the ground. Captain Amelia was clearly heated, and worse off from her subordinate being rude towards her.
"Lieutenant Anubis, you should shut your jaws before I tear your face off," the Sovereign meowed, his voice unwavering in calmness and steadiness, but laced with just the slightest tense edge of frustration. He turned to listen to Rose; lovely Rose who barely ever did anything he didn't like. She was like a daughter to him, and he was beginning to regretting tearing a hole in her ear for her argument with Anubis.
He nodded and listened. "I'll be sure to tell them that it will be their responsibility to train the fledgling," he meowed. He watched with mild surprise as Rose went to help Anubis. Cooperative, but he was impressed by her act. It was what he wanted out of his twisted family of Raiders: helping one another. Koschei stared at her with quiet approval.
