NAME: Nightstrike

DESCRIPTION: He's a solid black tom, though his fur seems to have blue shading if you view it in a certain light. His fur is short on his body, but long on the tail. He has a lean but strong build, with powerful legs. His ears are pointed triangles on the top of his head, and rather large. His muzzle is narrow, and his nose is dark. His eyes are round and copper in color. He has impressive claws, built for slashing.
PERSONALITY: He is a highly loyal warrior to his Clan, and dreams of one day leading it. He takes great pride in every accomplishment he makes. His mate is unable to have kits, however, which leaves him with no one to pass on his knowledge and battle skills and genetics to. He has mixed feelings about this; as he always wanted kits. They have been considering adopting, but there haven't been any parentless kits yet.
HISTORY: He was born in SouthClan, to two SouthClan warriors. His mother was named Crimsonfur and his father was Lightningstreak. He had a sister named Graykit; though she was taken by Raiders when she was four moons old. Nightkit managed not to be taken, and even landed a fair blow on one of the raider's faces with his claws.

He was mentored by Grimfog, and trained in the ways of a loyal warrior. His mentor was strict, and often took the training a little too far, but Nightstrike maintains that it made him a better warrior through all of it. He was already a warrior before his mate became an apprentice.

He was severely injured in the SouthClan-EastClan battle, but a warrior name Mothtail fell in love with him and helped him through it. She found out she was unable to have kits, however, which has disappointed Nightstrike more than he lets on.
